The USS North Carolina (BB-55), the first battleship to enter service during WWII, serves as a memorial to North Carolinians lost during the war.

The island of Key West is the southernmost point of the United States, part of a coral cay archipelago that spans 325 kilometres off the Florida coast. The historic old town features wooden conch-style houses, an old lighthouse, and a museum with 50 cats.

Welcome to Nassau, the capital of the Bahamas. The city was once a haven for pirates, with a colourful past of buccaneers, blockade runners and bootleggers. Downtown is brimming with colonial-era architecture including a gothic cathedral and the 66 steps, which were hewn out of limestone rock by slaves in the 18th century. Rainbow-hued buildings and vibrant murals bring the streets to life.
