Rachael Taylor

Rachael is always very pleasant, helpful and responsive. Also, Samantha, Air dept. is pleasant and very helpful, especially with getting boarding passes.

Rachael was very helpful and very prompt in replying to our questions.

We love working with Rachael!

We always book with Pavlus. No issues. Very good service. Enjoy working with our newly assigned advisor, Rachael.

I have been very pleased to have Rachael as my Pavlus agent. Rachael has high level skills that always meet our needs. I have recommended her to friends and relatives. I will continue to seek her support and services as we plan future travels.

This is our 5th booking with Pavlus. Definitely will not be the last, excited to book our next trip early 2027. Thanks to Rachel our travel agent, she communicated with us spontaneously, kept us updated and was available to answer questions regarding our trip. Had a wonderful time in Central Europe with Trafalgar Tours (Bohemian Highlights) highly recommend, worth the trip.

We have had great vacations with Pavlus over 10 years. Our travel Planner Rachael is great and has helped us always. Great to deal with and prompt responses. We plan to keep Pavlus as our travel agency and keep referring to all our friends.

I have been working with Rachael since 2024. She is always friendly, professional & competent. I keep referring all of my friends to her. She is the best. I really appreciate & love the Pavlus Travel incentives - gift of time for 1 night stay, referral bonus, rebate on travel expenses.

We appreciate Rachael’s efficiency, and we loved the refund you sent us. It literally paid for tips and spending money. Thank you!

Everything was great as usual. Rachael is always the best to work with in planning my trips.

Rachael is best. Super smart and attentive. Never misses a thing.

I appreciate all the help that Rachael gave to us.

Love the checks you send for booking!!!

How can you improve EXCELLENT service by all of the staff at Pavlus!! And especially Rachael!

We are totally satisfied with your services.

I have used Pavlus for my Viking trips but am eager to try other services you provide next time.

The Tauck River Cruise was excellent and all Pavlus and Tauck personnel were most responsive and always helpful In solving logistics issues and other related questions.

Rachael is awesome to work with. We are looking forward to booking our next trip with her. Thanks.

Rachel answered our questions in a timely manner. The wine, flowers and fruit were a nice touch.

Always happy with Pavlus Travel, especially Rachael - she's the best! Always happy with AMAWaterways too - a true win win - thank you!

Rachael is a pleasure to work with!

Rachael was awesome to work with. We appreciated her efforts so much we booked our next cruise to Greece with her. Keep up the great work. Thank you.

Overall, it was a satisfying experience with INSIGHT tour. Many co-travelers in our Glorious Switzerland tour felt that we were not given a good idea by the tour director about the day’s activities especially with the optional excursions. Pavlus’s initial help booking the tour and help with the airline booking was satisfactory. Thanks.

We were very pleased with using Pavlus for this Tauck river cruise. Our travel planner changed this spring and we are very happy with Rachel as our new planner. We will continue using Pavlus and continue recommending it as well.

We love working with Rachael - we are keeping her busy with our travel plans after our recent retirement!

100% satisfied. Will only use Pavlus on future cruises and tours.

Ryan was helpful researching and booking tickets on TGV and a private van. Rachael was great as always. Fellow helped me with modified air tickets and was very helpful. Thanks to Pavlus team

I really appreciate Rachael. She was awesome I didn’t have to worry about a thing!

Appreciate the rebate! Customer service was very responsive and helpful. Only note was that I was told my transfers were included in my pricing, but that was not correct. AMAWaterways was a great referral - enjoyed them more than my Viking experience (Viking is fine, but AMAWaterways offers so much more).

All communication went extremely well! We are pleased with Pavlus Travel and hope to do business again with plans for another trip.

Already have more cruises booked with you.?

Rachael has been a great agent of Pavlus and takes care of all our concern with immediate answers. We appreciate all the attention and follow up given to us making our bookings seamless

Rachael Taylor does a wonderful job in planning and follow up for us as past customers of Pavlus.

Food on HAL was excellent. Entertainment wasn't as great as some cruise lines. We were very happy with our most recent cruise and everything went smoothly. Rachael has been wonderful to work with too.

Sharah Schwab was an outstanding representative of your company to work with. She even resolved an onboard credit for me. I’m so happy for her promotion, but will miss working with her.

We've used Pavlus for several Tauck trips, and have been extremely pleased with both Pavlus and Tauck. We will continue to use both. Michael and Joan Golden

all went well as expected. Tauck great as always (14th trip w/Tauck).

Do not use Heathrow for connecting flights Long walk n then a bus ride

Rachael was very responsive. She never seemed annoyed with my requests. She had good follow up on issues that arose.

Rachael responds quickly When I was working with Rose it took her forever to responds if she did at all. that’s why i switched to Rachael - she is wonderful

Have used your company many times over the years and will continue to do so. Also, have passed the info on to others. Have a great day.

The only question I had that did not get an answer was if Pavlus still offered’goodies’ to the clients (gift items had been sent with my previous two Viking cruise bookings) Also, travelers on the cruise who booked directly with Viking receive ‘flash sell’ notices directly from Viking, something I’d like to receive.

Totally satisfied with Rachael Taylor, my agent, she did a great job and is always very helpful in planning my vacation. One comment about the Queen Mary2. The main dining room menu is now a bit more limited and selections not as good as before Covid. I've cruised with Cunard for many years and have noticed the difference. But I think this might be industry wide trying to pay off the loans they all took to keep their ships in warm storage during the pandemic.

I stopped using your service as I was never getting called back when I left messages but then switched to another rep and she was phenomenal. I'll use Pavlus again from this point forward.

Rachel was fabulous. She helped us find the most cost-effective cruise for our family of 7. She secured us excellent, unobstructed view balconies and took care of all the details. Rachel was also very helpful when we had two passengers change their mind, switching for others. It was a seamless switch. Excellent service. We are excited to work with Rachel again. And of course, we love your referral checks!

Rachael is the best travel planner we ever have with Pavlus Travel.

Always handled our questions and issues quickly and in a friendly manner. Will definitely use them for our next travel.

Had a wonderful river cruise on the Danube River with Emerald Cruises. Rachael was our travel agent. She was very responsive and answered all questions in a timely matter. Very pleased with Pavlus Travel.

Rachael is great to work with! Always answers my questions and in a timely manner and keeps me well informed.

Rachael provided extraordinary customer assistance and support. I would love to work with her again in the future. She was thorough, responsive, and proactive.
