About The Port Of Naxos
Naxos rises from the Aegean as the largest island in the Cyclades, its interior dominated by Mount Zas and dotted with lush valleys and marble-built villages such as Apiranthos. Naxos Town, or Chora, spills down to the harbor in a tangle of narrow alleys and Venetian-era architecture, crowned by a hilltop kastro built by the island's medieval rulers.
