ITINERARYDay 1 - Welcome to Mumbai, India
On arrival, you’ll be warmly greeted and chauffeured to your choice of deluxe or luxury hotel in the heart of this vibrant and cosmopolitan metropolis. The balance of this day is yours to relax, enjoy and explore as you wish.
Day 2 - Elephanta Island and City Sightseeing
After breakfast, join your private guide for a morning excursion across Mumbai Harbor to Elephanta Island#WHS#, home to spectacular rock-cut temples of the 7th century. Dedicated to Shiva, these cave temples feature some of India’s most spectacular carvings. Return to the city for a privately guided afternoon tour including the oft-photographed Gateway of India, the Prince of Wales Museum and the Hanging Gardens of Malabar. Meals B
